What is it?
At Em Space we run a support system on the Drupal module Case Tracker. Up until recently we had a lot of problems supporting our Design partners and individual clients alike - with transparent, timely support.
Then we got creative.
We're proud to announce our Stay Live support service. Entering a support contract with us means we install a small module on your site. You can then log issues with us, check on your issues, ask for development, or see an overview of the work we've done for you - all from the comfort of your own website's administration area!

If you are a project manager or administrator with multiple Drupal sites under your wing - our service is perfect for you. We can install a client in your own Drupal site (or provide a Drupal site especially for the purpose) and allow you to monitor the issue queues of all of your Drupal sites from one place.
You can choose to let your clients interact with us from their website, or log all issues directly with us (or both!).
