Em Space Design
Here is a sample of our work here at Em Space. Many of these projects were handled completely by us: website, flash animation, hosting, brochures, printing, words, photography - we are a one stop shop! Thanks for taking the time to browse our wares.
![]() | When Lonely Planet chose Drupal to upgrade their CMS, the whole Drupal community danced with glee. One of the biggest sites in Australia, Lonely Planet currently has 1 million unique viewers to their site each month. |
![]() | Notable not only for its exuberant, rich design provided by our design partner Publicity Works, SDA is a showcase of imaginative video embedding and handy applications such as an event calendar, polls, surveys, and Rewards program with login. This is no ordinary superannuation site! |
![]() | The sister site to Explore CSS, this site explains the changes to the laws and regulations of PSS superannuation in simple steps. Features many accessibility features which make these two sites available to disabled and abled people alike. |
![]() | Another design from the extraordinary talents of Publicity Works, this Government-owned superannuation company needed to explain the new rules that applied to their customers. The site had to be simple and easy-to-understand - not easy when you are trying to explain both laws and super. |
![]() | A joint project of Swinburne and Queensland Universities, the simplicity of the design of CCI belies a complex web of content linked by authors, subjects, universities, tags and so on - which is exactly how it should be! User-friendly and accessible, this website is now a great research tool. |
![]() | Very groovy, this mix of Flash with a powerful Drupal back end was designed by the extraordinary talents at Publicity Works and developed by yours truly. This is a great example of how Em Space can work collaboratively with designers - they let their imagination run riot, we make it work! |
![]() | This site for Australian medicines giant CSL Pharmaceuticals provides resources for Epipen (Adrenalin auto-injector) users. There are videos of how to use the Epipen, and a subscription system which will send you an automated email/sms notification when your Epipen is due to expire. |
![]() | Talk about fancy! Costume World recently had a revamp. A spanking new Drupal site with live image cropping, lists and categories a-plenty. The rainbow menu is dynamic and can be edited without re-opening the images in photoshop - it uses the Signwriter module to do this. The shopping cart is another success for the e-Commerce module to which Simon is a maintainer. |
![]() | Mums will save the world through community and social networking sites like this - Earth Mums is run by our own project managers Caitlin Johnstone and Marie Gibbon and is a classic forum site requiring all the spammer-prevention techniques. |
